The best motorcycle riding is between April and the end of September. In the height of summer it can be very warm here and often reaches 35°C. Nevertheless, it's during this period that most of the events are held. Winter can be very cold, dropping to -20°C, but the Germans cope with it with carnivals, wine festivals and winter markets. There is skiing just to the north of us, but I have to say my bikes are parked up by early December.
